About Mike Bowcott
Mike Bowcott is the founder of Pickleball Partners and a Level II certified pickleball coach who has helped hundreds of players learn, improve, and enjoy the game.
Through years of coaching and playing pickleball regularly himself, Mike began to notice a common challenge among many active adults — including himself. Despite staying active, many players struggled with fatigue, slower recovery, inflammation, and energy swings that affected both their health and their enjoyment of the sport.
After completing a comprehensive health assessment and working with a nutrition specialist who analyzed his eating habits, Mike had what he describes as a “wake-up call.” He realized that many of the issues people experience as they get older are not simply about aging, but about how the body is fueled, recovered, and supported.
Mike began researching metabolic health, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits that support energy and long-term health. He applied what he learned to his own life, experimented with new approaches, and experienced significant improvements in his energy, recovery, and overall well-being.
The RESET Program grew out of that journey.
Its goal is simple: to help active adults build sustainable habits that support energy, recovery, and long-term health so they can continue enjoying the sports and activities they love for many years to come.
